I purchased Acai Berry for a dollar on a website that said it would be a free 2 week trial and the customer can call and cancel within 14 days using the number provided on the website. When about 4 days went by and I still did not receive my product in the mail, I called and cancelled so I would not be billed for the full trial. It took forever for someone to finally answer, these people put you on hold for at least 10 minutes but luckily after a few times of calling and getting impatient I finally got through to someone.

I cancelled my debit card and consulted my credit union after seeing a charge of 29.95 on my statement reading FIT FACTORY 800-6608489 NV on November 28, 2008. I DID NOT sign up for any FIT FACTORY and I had never even heard of this company until I saw the unauthorized charge. I believe that purchasing Acai Berry online is the cause of all of this and I called the number provided with the charge and talked with a customer service representative and he refunded my money and gave me a confirmation number when he cancelled my account with them.

I thought everything was resolved until I received another unauthorized charge from the same company reading WWW.FIT-FAC.COM 866-4071022 NV for 29.95 on February 17, 2009. I have spoken with at least 20 different customer service representatives who have all told me the same thing, that they do not see another charge for 29.95 and that I no longer have an account with them so they don't know how I was charged again. I have yet to get this resolved, not to mention that all the representatives I have spoken with say the EXACT SAME THING and I do believe that this company is fraud. A guy who works with this company told me that the Fit Factory with the 1866 407-1022 number is located in Utah but couldn't give me the city name.

I don't know how I was charged again after I cancelled both my debit card and my account with them. I don't know if they are trained to rip people off but I do not understand how this charge does not show on their records. A person who works for them is even blaming my credit union for the charge. I can't believe that these people are getting paid MY money and hundreds of other people who are experiencing the same thing. Free trials don't work and they just exchange your credit card information with 2nd and 3rd parties. I'm sick of this.
