I had made an online purchase for the acaipure dietary supplement pills back in september 2008. It was a free 30 day trial and you just pay for the $5.95 shipping fee ! as soon as i recieved the product and tried it i cancelled so i wouldnt be charged for future shipments. Not knowing that the acaipure company had sold my credit card information to the FIT FACTORY i have been getting charged 39.95 a month since september of 2008.

its my fault for not noticing it sooner so now im in a run around fight to get my funds back to my credit card account! customer service is no help at all , all they do is argue back at you and repeat them selves over and over again! they said they will reimburse me back for 4 months of payments but they have been stealing funds from my credit card and thats wrong so im demanding a full refund on a purchase i never made! some one please help i need some justice here!!! credit card fraud is a serious can they keep getting away with this!!!!
