fit-fac.com Fit-factory Charged bank account for non requested service Nationwide

was checking online bank statement and saw that I was being charged $29.95 for services from Fit-factory. was told that I had ordered something online and was automatically signed up for their service unless I cancelled within 30 days. I was sent nothing about it even up to this date. I did order some diet supplements which were free and I only had to pay shipping but never agreed to anything else. there was a box that said i would be charged like 89.00 a month for addtl supplements if I didn't check a box saying I didn't want it so I checked the box saying I didn't want addtl supplements. I have not been charged for addtl supplements but am being charged for this Fit factory
