Fitness Blowout Stole money Los Angeles California

FITNESS BLOWOUT is the biggest ripoff company I have ever dealt with in my over 50 years. Everything I was told turned out to be a lie and a fraud. Let me explain. First, I was promised by "Brad", the sales guy, that the product I was buying would be shipped and in my possession in 4-5 days. I told them it was very important to have the product quickly. I was also told by Brad that I would receive a confirmation of my order by email, for my records, immediately. Instead, I had to call repeatedly just to finallay get written confirmation. They did of course, within hours, charge my credit card. Then, the product did not come when promised.

In fact, after numerous calls to Brad, and emails, the product finally arrived 28 days later. When it finally arrived, the box it came in was virtually destroyed, and the instructions for putting it together were gone. We found a way to put it together, and unfortunately, but not surprisingly, it did not work. I contacted FITNESS BLOWOUT again, and was told I had to keep it for 45 days in order to return it for a refund. I was also told that even though there was not a RESTOCKING FEE, I would be charged with FITNESS BLOWOUT's shipping costs, and until I agreed to that in writing, they would not refund my money. I was also told that I would have to ship it back at my expense. I did ship it back, and for the past 30 days, with promise after promise being made, I have not received a refund.

Every person at FITNESS BLOWOUT, including Nic Hondel, the customer service rep, the refund manager, Marjorie, the DOO, Marc Erickson, the VP, Steve Barzali, and even the President, Jim Rosen, refust to return my calls or respond to emails. I have now no choice but to file a lawsuit to have my money returned. To date, FITNESS BLOWOUT has stolen my money and is the worst internet company I have ever dealt with. BUYERS should not deal with this company, even if you get promises in writng like I did.
