Fitness Connection Annual dues charged after cancellation of membership Sugar Land Texas

i hope that some attorney starts a class action suit on fitness connection because they are a ripoff. when you cancell they still charge you an annual fee. how can they get away with this.

it takes a month before they stop charging your account and if you happen to cancell in june like i did then in july they charged me for an annual fee. annual fees are due in july no matter when you join. so how can they get away with charging people annual fees when they wont' be using the gym.

the bank informed me that with companies like this you need to give them your debt card and not you bank account and routing number because you can always cancel the card. 

now i will have to put a stop pay so they will not be able to charge anything on my account. they are money hungry company and don't care about being fair to the consumer.
