FITNESS USA/NATIONAL CREDIT CORPORATION MANIPULATED MY APPLICATION AND FORGED MY SIGNATURE, GAVE ME THE TOP OF THE LINE FITNESS PLAN WEST BLOOMFIELD Michigan

After an interesting conversation with a representive at Fitness USA I inclined to have a membership. I asked if I could not pay for a particular month how would that affect my membership; I was told when I am ready to come in and work out to pay the monthly fees at that time.

I went in the next day to work out after paying my monthly payment and my card didn't work so, one of the employees said to me that I needed to sign another application that there was some sort of a problem with my application process. So I without re-reading another form signed another application.

I go in two days later to work out and my card doens't work again. They tell me they need me to sign another application. Once again without re-reading the application I sign. One week later I swipe my new membership card (old one was voided it out) and it says to talk to a Fitness employee. So now I am really frustrated and not understanding why it is taking all of this to have my card valid. The female employee explains to me that I may need to sign another application that they would let me know what was going on.

Another week passes I go back to Fitness USA and everything is fine, my card works and, I was told that my payments would start from the last date of signing the last application.

The following week I start getting phone calls about my monies and that my payments started such and such dates. I explain to the people at National Credit Corp about what had happen and their response was why did I believe what they told me and if I didn't pay they were going to put a default of agreement on my credit report.

I had a pretty decent credit score until this happened. They are charging me 1,300 dollars for the top of the line Fitness Membership that I did not sign up for and to top it all off; I had to move from my previous residence while going through papers I find the last copy of the application sent to me.....It has all of MY information but.....it is NOT my signature nor is it even my last name!!!

I do not have money I am not even in my housing at this present time and because they knocked my score soooo far down it makes it difficult to get into any housing because...THEY RUN YOUR CREDIT!!!
