     I bought replacement Roller Pads.  These pads are used on gym equipment for leg extension machine.  The ones I received started breaking up after 3 weeks, one month later they were unusable.  I sent them a email telling what happened and asking what could be done about it.  They told me to contact a local shop to have some custom made!  No offer of a replacement or refund.  They must know their product is crap.  In addition they added $1.50 to my order to meet their minimum charge.
