Purchased parts online.  After a few week wait, received very poor quality parts.  When I complained, I was told that the order was completed and that i would have to pay shaiiping plus 20% re-stocking.

I infomred  Fitness Reapir Parts.com that the parts provided were not the same quality as the orginials, but were priced as such.  They responed that these were residential quality parts and nobody else had a problem.

I paid shipping and returned the entire order, requesting a refund,  they refused and sent me this love note....


Our customer support team personnel has replied to your support request #497269


No order will be received as you never called us for a Return Authorization number as described in the warranty and return policy. The order will be refused when it is delivered. This information on returns was agreed upon during checkout when you clicked the box agreeing to the return policy. It is also available on our website and on the back of your packing slip that came with the
order. We do not hide the return policy and try to make it as available as possible to all customers at all times.
***You must have an RA number to return parts to us. Parts returned without an RA WILL be refused and shipped back, collect, to the shipper.***

Please note we do fight back to erroneous charge backs.
***A $25 fee will be accessed, for any erroneous challenge to a legitimate credit card charge, which results in a charge back fee to FitnessRepairParts.com. We aggressively defend against charge backs and allow collections agency to collect on our behalf.***
