What ever you do, DO NOT contact Fitzgerald & Fitzgerald P.C. I was represented by one of the attorneys there and every time I called he claimed to not have a single second to speak. The lawyer acted like he had no time to breathe and whether he was busy or not he wasn't kind enough to get my phone number and set up a time for a call back. I had to constantly call in to find out what was going on with my case. Finally, I got so fed up I decided to contact another law firm and they said they would pay the litigation fees that the Fitzgerald's law firm was entitled to and take over the case at that point. I was first directed to Fitzgerald and Fitzgerald through their website, www.lawfitz.com . On they're site I realized they were a bigger law firm, and now I know bigger firms don't value they're clients half as much as smaller firms do. If you are looking for an attorney in NYC I truly recommend you stay away from this one, all they see in there clients is $$$$ and have no idea we're all human. The paralegal's name Doris Hermann she sounds like she is crocking when she speaks, her voice mad me want to puke, she sounded like she hated her life. The owner of the firm is John Fitzgerald; he was also the attorney handling my case.
