Five Crown Property Management Management Company are SLUM LORDS Hesperia California

We lived in Hesperia CA and rented a property at 15120 Sequoia Ave. A couple that owns Five Crown Property management rented it out to us. We lived there for a year and in that time they took care of nothing.

The dishwasher broke, they sent a non professional to fix it (some dirty guy in sweats and a t-shirt). He said it was fixed but we ran it once and it shut down. He called and blamed my kids for taking out the dishwasher and disconnecting it and wanted us to pay for it. (I have a 2 yr old and a 6 yr old don't think so).They sent the same guy back 5 times, we where out of a dishwasher for 6 months (quick note: this place was about 200.00 more than other apartments in the area, I am willing to pay for quality). They finally sent a professional out and he fixed the problem in less than 5 min, the first guy didn't even connect it right.

In the summer time the air conditioner broke, keep in mind its about 115 -120 degrees outside but they said it was not important. The temperature in the house was 110 and I have small children. Raymond still stated sorry its not a priority you can wait a week. I work from home so when I went to my moms house for a few days so we didn't get sick from the heat I was losing money. Raymond didn't care. He then sends another non professional out who claimed he fixed it. When I went back home to check it out it was still blowing out hot air. This time I called and I was angry, they told me I was overreacting and it wasn't a big deal.

I should mention we where managers for him for 2 months. Anytime someone wanted something fix he blamed it on their children saying "the kids must have done it" just trying to get the tenants to pay for it.The neighbor comes to visit me about a leak in her kitchen, the floor was sopping wet and the pipe in the wall obviously busted the drywall was soaked. He again said it wasn't an emergency. Once they sent the same dirty guy to their house they said it was done. Except they didn't replace the wall which was growing mold.

This guy is unbelievable, he called us at least 3 times a day and did nothing but harass us and when I said I was moving out he said " I don't think you will because you cannot afford it".

These people take advantage of other people so if you come across Five Crown Property Manage based in Orange County California BEWARE!

They will overcharge you in rent and not give your deposit back. We are suing them next to return the 1200.00 we gave them for the deposit.
