Five Peaks German Shepherds Elaine Holt "World Class German Bloodlines" is what they advertise however that is not accurate..puppy mill quality dogs. Elizabeth Colorado

We paid a premium for a "world class" import dog to Elaine Holt in January of 2017.  Her website advertised both the dogs father and mother, as impressive bloodlines..The dog we received, just in not even the first full year - continues to have substantial health problems. Overall since we have had him..he has had a heart murmur, an undescended t******e, a noticeably low drive and now this mystery illness which in the first year of owning him has eclipsed what we paid him in vet bills alone, with no end in sight. Currently he is on steroids and B12 shots but has not gained any of his weight back.  He continues to have consistent diarrhea and vomiting. 

When I asked Elaine about his lineage again, hoping to contact the original kennel I got a runaround..She initially said "The kennel owner in Romania who owned Tina for a short time prior to me speaks very little English."  She could not give me any contact information..Hmmm world class German bloodlines huh?

Elaine then mentioned the middle man, responsible for bringing our dog's mother over and said his name is Bill Robison, who is the proprietor of Lowenherz GSD on Oklahoma.  I have yet to be able to contact him, despite the fact he was cc'd on my original correspondance with Elaine.  When I pressed Elaine for more information, she advised, "These people buy and sell hundreds of dogs each year so he may not even remember Tina (Mother of my dog). I do not know who owned Tina prior to that"

How's that for a statement as to "World Class Bloodlines?"  I feel strongly that I got a puppy mill dog for an import bred price.  I would seriously caution anyone who is interested in buying a dog from Elaine. What you see on her website may not be what you get.
