I went to Mr. Ross in order to clean my laptop of a virus and restore all of the programs and documents that were on my laptop once the virus was removed. Mr. Ross was also to install the Norton Anti-virus, which would last me a full year, for an additional price. I paid for the additional anti-virus software which seemed to be installed correctly on the laptop when I left the shop.

About two weeks later, I noticed I the anti-virus software that he installed on my computer was only the trial version and expired in 30 days. I called Ross and left numerous messages and did not received a response from him. Once I got in touch with Ross, he promised to pay me back the money I paid for the software, but to this date, months later, I have not been refunded my money.

I also noticed now, that other programs he re-installed on my laptop were only trial versions, so I lost big time by utilizing his services. Complaints have been processed with the Better Business Bureau of New York.
