Fixme Stick Refused refund after proving thier product did not work. Nationwide

I purchased a FixMe Stick recently to clean a computer that had a virus on it that literally locked up my computer especially if I tried to go online.  I had accidentally thought I had a working virus program on my new computer but I didn't check far enough to see that it was inactivated because of the presence of another virus program that prevented the other from running.  So I unfortunately picked up a virus and this virus had already gotten around the resident virus program since I only activated it after getting the virus.

I was desperate to get this virus off and went to buy a Fixme Stick having seen thier advertisements how it works on the worst kinds of viruses.  I tried it and it ran completely and came back saying my computer was clean.  I then figured out a way to get online without the virus blocking me and downloaded a freeware anti virus program and it cleaned off the virus right away. 

I contacted FixMe Stick by e-mail and told what happened and explained how I had evidence that thier product did not work.  They claimed still that I was wrong and that I had not completed a full scan.  I have an e-mail that shows I completed a full scan sent from them and they then refused to refund me.
