 I didnt get any calls stating what was going on with the process of the loan and later learned that Cheri was gone for a week so nobody worked on it on her behalf. I asked over almost 2 weeks prior if I shoud pay my mtg pyt for this month she said no we would close before the end of the month but if I chose to that was fine. I stated that as long as we could close before month end it would be fine. I finally emailed her on the 23rd to see where we were at because we still didnt have a closing date or anything or any contact with them. She emailed me several hours later and said sorry but because they had to clean up title and I would need to pay my june payt right of way. I tried calling she wouldnt take my call or call back I sent an email stating there was nothing on my title to be cleaned up, my company did the title work. I stated I expect a call from a manager the next day Dave Johnson called and basically told me that using my title company was basically the hold up and the title company they used got the issues solved now and if we wanted to proceed with them we could close in the next couple days. I told him no at this point I was pulling my app and felt like they were forcing me to use their companies (which I think its because the fees were inflated), I also stated I felt they should pay me the late fee and the fee I had to a pay for making that payment by phone.
