Signed up with this service to be able to process credit cards, seemed like they had the lowest rates.  They tell you the only fee you have is a monthly statement fee of $8.  After being with them for several months I come to find out that they charge a $25 monthly fee if you do not process enough transactions per month.  Then to ensure their PCI compliance they add some ridiculous text on their statement that you are supposed to see to take a ricidulous survey to avoid additional monthly fees (mine was $20).  According to them they can fine you any amount they want, and they will not refund the fee.  There is also a $100 annual compliance fee that they do not tell you about, which I found out once I cancelled my account.  It's a total scam.

All of my transactions are few but large in amount, but I came to find out that they only let you accept credit card charges for the amount of money you have in your bank account!  So, if you wanted to charge $10,000 a month you need to have $10k in cash in your account and have to prove it to them with 4 months of previous bank statements.

This service is such a pain in the a*s and a total joke.  Their CC rate is basically 2%, but you can get 3% from Paypal with no fees, no charge minimums, and no problems.  Totally worth the 1%.  Stay away from these guys, their number one priority is to gouge you as a merchant and get as much money as they can before you quite, which takes them a month to "process" and hit you with 1 last billing statement of fees.  Horrible customer service as well, never talked to people who cared less than these folks.
