Flash Incentives! In liquidation 12th April 2012!!!! WOWBuys! Best Bundles! My oh my. What a bunch of untrustworthy crooks. Honesty is NOT in their vocabulary. Since chasing my unpaid wages from these guys since August 2011 - despite an Employment Tribunal award in my favour - David Alan Phillips still refused to pay what was owed. Has this guy got no scruples?

I am now in receipt of a form from the 'liquidators' referring my debt to the Department of Employment, so all us lovely tax paying people can pay off all his creditors because he was too much of a slimey weasel to understand the ethics of business. This guy has been allowed to trade since August 2011 and rack up serious debts, destroying many people's lives along the way. How and why does this government allow people to consistenly go around conning people and businesses?

Flash Incentives deliberately have been trading knowing full well they had no way of paying any of their creditors (staff, suppliers etc) and in the meantime have set up other companies to take over once Flash Incentives finally decided enough debt had been accrued.

David Alan Phillips is a pro in this antic - this is not the first company he has used these tactics on. And I expect it definitely won't be the last. Do your homework people. These are not nice companies to have ANY dealings with whatsoever!!
