Flateratemoversllc movers who didn't Doraville, Georgia

We "contracted" via internet with this company.
Good quote, right timing etc. This is a move from Tn to Wa.
They were expected to arrive 8 to 10 Friday 5/11.
a few calls later arrival time had been changred 3 times, they were still 2 hours late.
1 happy young man and 1 illegal alien who seemed to be in charge.
Have quote, they won't pull into driveway 6 boxes were moved, CASH deposit paid and "quote" suddenly tripled!!
Yes folks from 1,764 to 6,000 !!!
The police were called, we were informed it was a "civil" action & would have to sue!
We had to delay our departure 24 hrs, find movers to move on Saturday( local 2 men & a truck they were great!)Had to leave everything at 2nd house in Chattanooga, make trip, Now am back looking for reputable movers and an attorney!
Shouldn't I be able to sue for that move & the pain & suffering caused by them?
Needless to say...Don't hire FlatratemoversLLC or any business connected with them.
Lesson learned, but still burned!!
