flatfeelisting.com has a nice website, including a video clip from 60 Minutes about what a ripoff the real estate selling business is. They claim for a small fee, about 300 dollars, depending on the state your in, they will list your home for sale, on "hundreds of websites". This is an outright lie.

There are 7 links to real estate sales websites on their webpage that they say your house will be put on, I have clicked on all 7 of them and found my house on only one of them, this is between 2 and 3 months after they have my money. They have now sent me an offer to "upgrade" their "service" if I agree to pay them another 498 dollars they will then put my house on a long list of websites that I am not on now.

These people are criminals. I have filed a complaint with the U.S.Postal Inspector, the BBB Bureau of Metro Dallas, whose logo they use on their website, I suspect fraudulently, and the Consumer Protection Agency. I will continue my effort to stop them in their wire fraud business.

I think the FBI will be my next stop. If you have access to a list of other people who have been defrauded by flatfeelisting.com I would like to be made privy to it. The more complaints that can be registered with law enforcement agencies the more likely it is some action will be taken.

Issue with the local IDX feed resolved by the MLS in 2009

AUTHOR: Sean - ()

POSTED: Monday, August 26, 2013

We were never contacted by this customer or any agencies regarding this issue, because we would have refunded this customer if we failed to do what we said. We have a perfect rating with the BBB and continue to make 10,000's of customers happy annually. If this is a real customer then please call our office or rebuttal with details specific to this issue. Here at FlatFeeListing.com we strive for 100% satisfaction. This product is far cry from a fraud... We have never committed any fraud, nor any intentional deceit... Our sellers save thousands when they sell through our brokers and they love us. Obviously, we did nothing wrong because we were never contacted by someone regarding "Mail Fraud", "Wire Fraud" or the FBI as he states that he would contact.

How the feed worked in 2008: To have any clients properties appear on ALL the public sites (including, but not limited to: Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Yahoo.com, etc) it requires the local MLS to update their IDX feeds properly. Back in 2008, the MLS's were very primitive and sometimes failed to properly update their feeds correctly. Since the MLS was the error, not our company, then ALL sellers in that entire in that county were effected and didn't properly show up. These issues have long been resolved and the MLS's and now feed out to hundreds of more sites all over the country.

Unfortunately, Murray's claims are completely fabricated. He fails to mention that he is still currently listed with our broker. He also fails to mention that the situation was resolved for FREE. He is on all the sites we mention, and he did not pay any extra. He has listings on the sites we state on our website plus many others. Any issues he had we took seriously and made sure that he was given everything he was promised.

If we were criminals, why would he continue his listing with our company? Our site allows you to cancel ANYTIME free of charge. Why does Murray leave that information out of his report?

It seems Murray would like to continue his libelous rants. If anyone is considering his report valid, please call our office, and we will send you the links to his listing on all the sites we mention. We invite anyone to entertain Murray's claims to us directly.

We would list his address so that everyone can look the information up themselves, but unlike Murray, we respect our clients and business associates.
