Marc Luft, (owner) of Flats 2 cats sold my boat and hasnt paid me. This has been over 2 months. His store has now closed. Acording to the owner of the property whom he rented from. He hadent paid his rent for 9 months and had a forced eviction by Sarasota police department. Now I am forced to spend money and pursue legal action. The worst part about it is im not the only one he owes money to. I ran in too another person that he did the same thing to. Watch out for Marc Luft.
