Responded to a solicitation for a Fleet Credit Card, based on advertised "0% APR with Balance Transfer". Foolishly, I believed this meant that I would receive a 0% on the balance transferred - WRONG! When I got my first statement, I found that the balance transferred was subject to an 8.99% APR; it was any subsequent purchases which enjoyed the 0% rate. So I immediately transferred the balance back, but they still tried to get me for $28.89 in finance charges. CROOKS!!!!!!
