Fleet Matinantance they are a body shop for tractor trailers and a big rip off and liers Auburn Georgia

on feb 14 i had my international tractor trailer towed up to this shop in auburn ga. when talking to the owner "roger" he ashured me that his work is top quality and he will not stand for sub quality work. so i was impressed on what he said and some of the pictures he showed me that they have did work on. after talking with me he told me what he was going to do in the repair of the truck and he had a list of things he was doing to make the repair. well i flew back to ny and waited to find out what was going on.

i called the insurance company and they said that they oked the work. well i called roger and i started getting the run around about the insurance company not answering there calls. so after all that was cleared up they statrted the work i set a date to arive back in auburn, ga with the owner roger and he ashured me that the work would be done. well when i got back to georga at 7 pm the truck was still not compleated. he gave me an excuse of i am missing parts and they are on the way. but i told him we agreeded on a dat for me to p/u the truck and here i am. his excuse was i am short handed and i had 3 different guys working on your truck today.... well heres where the real problem started they cranked over the engin and pulled it out side well they poped the hood in the dark i told the mechanic back it back into the shop you cant see anything in the dark. well i was so glad i did because the whole frount section of the engin meaning the raditor, charge air cooler, a/c radior, and oil coller was not even bolted down. not even the bushings needed to hold them into place were there.

when i first spoke with roger he said he would fix the inside of the hood where it cracked well that was not fixed at all.. now after being there at 7 pm i finaly leave a 11 pm as i am heading down the road it starts to rain i turn on the windshield wipers and they just slam down in to the hood and dont work. i pull over and re adjust them from under the hood after that i noticed they didnt tighten down the radiortor hose clamps. so here we go at 1 am me working on the truck that they had for 2 weeks to fix the right way according to roger. do your selvs a favor stay away from this body shop he is a lier and a theif. after threating him with legal action he finaly called me and gave me a runn aroi will never do business with this company any more and i have notified my trucking company about this problem to..and after all the bill was 10300 thats a lot
