This company advertises fixed rates only to let you make a large purchase or transfer balance then a year or so later BAM! They get you by doubling their interest rates. I even closed my account to keep from having the interest change, received a letter that the account was closed and I could pay it off under the previous terms and they still raised the interest. Oh, I was late by a fews days 1 time in 3yrs.
