Fletcher Auto Group Dodge - Shane Merriam-Jim Adams Sold me a truck that they said would handle hauling 20,000 pounds ! tryed to but it would not handle it so Call them(Jim Adams)and explained it to him and he said he would straight it out but NEVER heard from him so went back toFLETCHER and talked to Shane Merriam the sale person that sold me the truck and asked if I could get my(OLD)truck back and they said(NO)Wait a year! I bault a truck that was supost to haul 20,000 pounds and it would not do it !so First call(FLETCHER)and talked to (Jim Adams)he said he would get it straighten out and get back to me and he never did and it has been THREE months and not even a call ! SO went back to the dealer ship and talked to the sale person that sold me it and asked if i could trade back for my OLD truck or one that would do the job and he said that i would half to waite a YEAR before they could do anything ! ( RIPOFF PLACE )
