flex card program this program took 69.00 from my debit card never received card when i called they said they are behind id get it by dec. 6th havent received it yet told me they would refund money sent me a email sai boca raton, Florida

iapplied in november for card was accepted said you have to have 69.00 dollars to get it you could get up to 10,000 in revolving credit, 1,500 in money loan. i gave them info off my debit card and they took money. i called the 9 to 5 mon thru fri number. hey wheres my card ? we will send you 69.00 back through your debit card. then i received a email telling me that card dint work well it did when they took money! i called them back asking again they said we are behind youll get it then you accept it then you get money back.still havent received it or 69.00 back! called again the number was a recording stating they had such a volume of callers they had to update system dont call for a week!they say they are in boca raton fla. cant find number and for some reason cant find the site again. i guess im scamed too good to be true! i just want my 69.oo back hope someone will help me please.
