Flicks Photography, AKA Celebrity Wedding Studios Elusive, dishonest and Never Delivered wedding photo albums or Video Lynbrook New York

Just want to add that if you read the previous complaints they were filed in December which was long before we were near any resemblance of a resolution. I hadnt updated my complaint and for that I apologize, although until its completed and I am holding my albums and video I cannot be completely satisfied but I feel as if you are working towards this and it will be complete. I would also like to re-mention the "get my facts straight comment" which comes across as rude. I have more than gathered my facts in this case and diligently copied and sent all appropriate paperwork to Consumer affairs. I couldnt make a complaint about somthing that happened over a year ago and have them resolve it if I didnt prove I payed in full(almost $6000) although I wish I only had to pay $1149 for 5 hours of photography, video, tape and albums. This must have been proven to you as well by Consumer affairs or else you wouldnt have to complete my order. In addition although I mentioned I can understand because of your frustration the manner in which my wife and I were spoken by Cynthia and the mystery man. However, as a business customers should not be spoken to in such a manner or have a businee hang up on you and you should speak to them before they make you look bad.

It turns out after going through Nassua County Consumer affairs and after flicks and Celebrity went to court that there was a discrepancy or two in the their contracts and it wasnt clear who was owed what. I am not sure exactly what transpired in the interim but the end result is Flicks will complete my contract and Victor Ashe did call me personally to make sure everything was ok. It seems as if Victor may have been screwed over by the old place, intentionally or otherwise.

I will write back when the albums are complete. I assure you however I payed almost $6000 and I have all the paperwork at home and the Nassau County consumer affairs department has copies as well if you need to see them. The $1114.90 was probably just one of my down payments, or an old reciept before I payed in full. As you know in your business, you dont go out and video tape and photograph a wedding without first being payed in full. So it seems after all the fuss there may be a happy ending.

But I will reiterate for Flicks Photography sake and the reputation of Victor ashe, that at this point I understand it wasnt Flicks fault it was just a misunderstanding between the old vendors responsibilities and Victors. And if his Sister was rude to us in the past I also understand the stress they were left with and all the angry Celebrity wedding people they had to deal with.

I called Flicks Photography Yesterday at 6pm 12/22/06
A man answered the phone and I asked for Victor Ashe. He asked who was calling and I told him. He then immediately said we are closed. I said ok but is victor available. WE ARE CLOSED he yelled and Hung up on me! My wife then tried calling and he told her he received a copy of a letter we sent to the BBB and he "kind of" threw out our Proofs. Its bad enough we dont have the albums or video but he threw out our only connection to the wedding.

My Brother in law a Police officer, called the cell number listed on flicks photography.com (516) 749-3815. Victor answered nice as can be. He said he was out of state and knew nothing about the alleged throwing out of pictures and didnt know who answered the phone. Meanwhile its like a 500 sq foot hole in the wall with victor, his sister and a couple of other woman working there. There is no way a random man who had knowledge of our BBB report would answer the phone and say or do this. I am not 100% sure sure, but I am fairly certain it was Victor who answered the phone and then changed his tune when a police officer called him and made up the story of being out of state with no knowledge of any of the events that transpired that day. This place is super shady.
