My son bought an international ticket to India for work purposes.  When he went to change his flight to later date in February 2015, he was told by customer service representatives that there was no comparable flight he could change to. I tried from my end in Canada on at least four occasions, and waited a long time just to be told that there was nothing Flighthub could do. I event called Air Canada to see if Air Canada could cancel the return ticket from India and reissue a new flight, which they refused to do.  I tried one last time to speak to a Supervisor or Manager at Flighthub. The customer service agent provided me with the name of of supervisor who was to call me at a pre arranged time.  No call came. Once again I called back to Flighthub to speak to the Manager, but was told that he was busy, and that he had tried to call me, a blatant lie. 

 

The ticket does say that that it can be changed or cancelled, but there was an impossibility. In the terms and conditions section of their website, there is an address in South Lancaster, where I will also be filing a complaint.

As a consumer, I would ask the following questions; who issued this company a license to operate; why do national carriers like Air Canada and West Jet do business with a bogus company, and what are the options for consumers when the services are non existent and there is no recourse to negotiate a reasonable solution to problems. Buyer be aware.
