Fed Mod ,FLM They take the money and avoid you at all cost/ complete Scam Irvine California

This company called me everyday after my initial inquiry. They took a payment of $3,495 to start modifying my loan. I was then contacted that a negotiator had been assigned a month later. I then tried to contact the negotiator 2 months later I got a call back stating she would find my file and get started right away due to the LA office closing the file was lost. At that point I insisted on a refund. They then told me that would be processed and I would get in within 90days.

Well This was around March 13th, I followed up June 9th to see what the status was and was told by Allison Hall in the refund department that the request had not been filed and that she couldn't find my file. I sent her more information my initial contact and date the money was taken the amount. I have sent several emails that have gone unanswered and needless to say. It is a joke to get anyone on the phone. This has been the most humiliating experience I have ever had in my entire life. They just took my money and did nothing and now I cannot get any response. Talk about dirty business. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO WORK WITH FLM aka FedMod aka Phone dodgers.
