Floors Direct FLOORS DIRECT - A DEAD BIRD Ocoee Florida

We join th eranks of people ripped off; we saw many on your reports.  We ordered carpeting from Floors Direct and paid for it.  On the day of delivery we noticed when the installers unwrapped the carpeting there was a dead bird mangled up in the folds.  Iy appeared the bird had gone to the bathroom prior to death as there was a stain at the site where the dead bird had died. The installers where able to remove the stain to our satisfaction, and the bird.  

However, after isnstal we noticed a faint smell, like that of burnt pancakes.  We called the company numerous times but they refused to come and see/smell the problem.  The smell actually became worse over time.  I became nauseated.  My wife became nauseated.  My mother in law became nauseated.  We couldn't take it anymore.  We thought of donating the carpting to charity but were too sickened to act or even think.  We moved away.

This has ruined our lives; for the moment.  My wife now sees birds as vile and disgusting creatures and will never get carpeted floors again.  Can you help?
