Basically this is what happened to me. I got a phone call at work were they were offering a free trial for 7 days to travel to Florida. Since I was planning on it for next summer I agreed and the lady read me my bank information.
Now she told me Melissa Blackford operator 211 from Agents Travel Network that if I wasn't interested to call and that they would cancel no questions asked. I believe it, stupid I am.
Two days prior from the end of the seven days I called which was Nov 11, I got an answering machine no one answered. It said to press 1 to cancelled and that the transaction was accepted. Yeah right!
Satruday I went to make a purchase and I had $149 taken from my bank. Needless to say that everything bounced. I called the bank over the phone they said that it was my fault and that I need to contact a lawyer.
I tried to call all the numbers that I could find of them which wasn't much. I have gotten no where. They scheme people. Last thing I did was but it on the BBB and I hope that they can help me.

Well here is an update: I had to close my bank account so that no more money would be taken out and they did a fraud claim on this company. If you tell them that it was fraud the bank will help you. Make sure that you don't have any direct deposit coming in like me or else you will need to call the bank and ask for the money to be transferred.
