Florida Air Duct Cleaners, Inc H/A Air Conditioning, Inc. Does nothing!!!! You can do what they do yourself for free!! Miami, Florida

I hired this company to come out and clean my air conditioning ducts for $25 after I got a coupon in the mail. I also needed my dryer vent cleaned, and since it was included it seemed like a good idea...WRONG!!

The two guys who showed up didn't even announce themselves after they showed up an hour late. They just stood there staring until my husband asked them if they were the AC people. They did not explain anything that they were doing, but finally spoke up when they told us there was mold in our AC blower and tried to charge us $414 to clean the mold and sanitize the unit. Which I have now learned everyone that has hired them has been told there is mold in the blower, luckily I didn't fall for that and decided to get a second opinion.

They hooked up a machine that appeared to be blowing air, up to ONE vent and ran it for about 30 minutes and that was it. After they left I could actually still see dirt and dust inside my ducts! Now it's been 2 days and my dryer isn't working so I called them back to have them come back out and clean the dryer vent again (the real reason I ordered it in the first place). After hanging up on me 2 times, then arguing with me that they didn't hang up on me..umm..you were there one minute and not the next..that's hanging up!!

They finally spilled the beans that they dryer vent cleaning that came with the service only meant that they cleaned the hose between the dyer and the wall, if you wanted the actual dryer vent in the wall cleaned that was additional. If I would have known that I would have never ordered the service. Who would?! I could have cleaned that hose myself I didn't need to pay someone to do it for me. I know trying to get a refund is pointless and this is just a $25 lesson, but don't make it yours. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!!
