Called from ValPak ad which stated 'Clean AC unit and 7 vents for $39 dollars'.I called informed them

I had Two AC units one w/7 vents, the second 15 vents.Was told $7 every vent over 7 which is (8) would run additonal  $56......$39+$39=$56 = $134.I aksed Twice "is this the final,TOTAL price????" .."YES" is what I was told.I went on even further to say "I am not interested in any upgrades, additional services, or ANY other fee's or charges" they replied ..."NO Problem $134.00"

Two 'Men' arrived and I grabbed them and Said,."Guys,I was quoted $134 for the entire job is that correct"? One replied "whatever you were quoted". Really? They dont even check out my quote - Nor did they have a quote with them...How unusual,NO that's  because they are nothing more then SCAM ARTIST's and Have No intention of cleaning your home AC/Ducts for $134-Never Did!

They set-up a blower,make a bunch of noise, walk around like they are actually doing something.Then one man comes to me  and say's "Come with me". He shows me a dark brown spot on the outside of one of the Ducts...."That's Mold"... showed me the other unit a bit more/larger spotting ....."More Mold"

He then makes me look inside the blower which had a minor amount of dust,which BTW is WHY I had called them in the first place BUT NO mold!I then get a rather poorly rehearsed version of "My family is going to get very sick & might even die " if I dont have this cleaned right now.....I knew at this point this was there plan from the beginning & why I had so specifically stressed No extra charges,services, or Fees Before making an appointment or letting them in my home.So ,I think O.K, going along to see what the SCAM is - I ask how much is this going to cost? One guy said .."$675.00" "Wow", I said "I am Not interested in paying $675 for  you two to clean my AC  & Vents" he looks at me and said...."It's $675 EACH unit or $1350 total  that is MORE THEN TEN Times what they advertise or quote!

110% SCAM ARTIST COMPANY....Dont let them in your home.They have 100 BBB Complaints &  their Scam is all over the internet google search complaints Flroida Air Duct Cleaners you will see!!!

iNCIDENTALLY , I had a Sear's repairman in my Kitchen fixing a intermittent Ice maker at the sametime,He looks at me and said "These guys are working a SCAM" I said ."Yes, I know..had my wife ready to call Police If needed and todl them to leave my home.
