2 Principal employees present themselves under the names of Robert Milgrom and Jeff Shine; however, I discovered they previously worked under the names of Robert Milgroom (2 o's) and Jeff Shyne ('y' instead of 'i'). The new spellings of their names prevented me from detecting disparaging remarks and reviews on the internet prior to me paying them a retainer fee. In addition, the name of their company changed from Princeton Executive Search, which also has negative reviews and was involved in litigation within Broward County.

I have negative feedback regarding broken promises. I have a chain of 9 email promises from FES, to deliver an executive portfolio, and all 9 promises to deliver the portfolio were broken. Three verbal promises were additionally broken, totaling 12 broken promises. I patiently waited 4 months for completion and delivering of my portfolio, after paying $6,400. I remained professional, honest, factual, and non-adversarial during all my correspondence with FES.

A full refund was subsequently requested after the 12th broken promise. A full refund was denied and the broken promises and name changes were not acknowledged or addressed by FES. I am now informing the public of these events with the hope of saving others their money.

FES Achieves an "F" Rating from Better Business Bureau

AUTHOR: Robert - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Saturday, April 11, 2009

FES now owns an "F" rating, from the Better Business Bureau, as of April 10th.

BBB describes an "F" rating as: "Our opinion of what this rating means:
We strongly question the company's reliability for reasons such as that they have failed to respond to complaints, their advertising is grossly misleading, they are not in compliance with the law's licensing or registration requirements, their complaints contain especially serious allegations, or the company's industry is known for its fraudulent business practices.

Rob's Response to FES's Rebuttal

AUTHOR: Robert - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, April 07, 2009

I am writing an update and response to FES's rebuttal. I am glad you didn't disappoint me with the negative tone, unprofessional approach, and using the word extortion'. It allows the public an inside view into your approach.

All emails posted in your rebuttal appear to be true and factual. Those are my words which depict me as the positive, true professional that I conducted myself. I am also glad you printed the emails with the dates attached. January 25th was the originally agreed upon completion date. We started the process Nov 25th. As the public can see from my emails, I finally requested a refund of my money March 20th. At the time I requested the refund, the portfolio was not sent out to the 300 plus firms. It is only after I requested the refund you claim it was completed. I still have not received proof this was accomplished.

The 9 emails from FES to me, starting late January until March, depicting promises to complete and email my portfolio to the 300 businesses, were conveniently left out of your rebuttal. I, of course, have those emails and I have shared them with FES, however as the public can see, you still have not addressed that situation. If I feel the need at a later date, I can post them too because the public may need a good laugh at your constant broken promises to deliver the product. The public can also see you have not addressed the curious spelling changes of your names.

My request for a refund is simple and uncomplicated. At the time I requested a refund, the portfolio was not sent out. I also state I am disappointed I have paid $6,400 to FES and was working with individuals operating under different name spellings.

At the time I paid the funds, FES had a B+ Better Business Bureau rating. You know own a D- rating as of April 7th.
The BBB explains your D- rating as We find nothing about this company that would serve as any recommendation to do business with it. Although something about its business principals or practices keeps it just above our lowest rating, it has far more negative than positive factors. We recommend extreme caution in doing business with it.

Robert Spanier Attempted Theft of Professional Services/Extortion?

AUTHOR: Florida Executive - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, April 07, 2009

Ever wonder how unsubstantiated and false claims can be published on the internet without verification and in anonymity? Mr. Robert Spanier, your days of anonymous character assassination are over! Welcome to the real world! Today, he has exposed himself and his method of doing business.

We categorically deny his assertions from beginning to end. READ On, You be the judge.

For the record, we do however, feel that we should fill in some of the FACTS that ROBERT SPANIER left out of his Honest and Truthful fabricated revision of recent events.

Robert, denial of the honest record does not negate its reality!!

1. He approved his marketing portfolio for launch in an email dated March 10th of 2009. He was also informed that his portfolio would be launched the following week, which it was. He was sent an email informing him of the launch. Several hours later, after we had delivered his materials to him, as well as launching his campaign to over 300 contacts, he stated he wanted his money back. Robert Spanier also stated that if we did not give him his money back he would resort to other alternatives to get his money back. We find it interesting, that he asked for a refund hours after he was informed that the very services and product he contracted for was delivered as promised.

2. In our opinion, this is an attempted theft of services. In our opinion, Robert Spanier threatened us with extortion if we did not provide him a refund for goods and services that had been delivered and/or performed.

We understand this is a difficult job market, we have always remained committed to Robert Spanier's success and will continue to perform per the contract. We will not however submit to any extortion attempt by Robert Spanier or anyone else. We have operated in good faith with Robert Spanier. If any errors were made, they were corrected, that is customer service. We strive to be the best we can be and will always look for ways to improve the quality of our customer service.

As part of the servicing of the contract, he was given customized research totaling 347 contacts, comprised of corporations, executive recruiters and credit unions. Each of those companies/recruiters was contacted by our firm, in accordance with our standard protocols on March 19th, 2009. Each company/recruiter received a personalized email as well as a copy of his
customized portfolio. Despite his convenient denials to the contrary, read HIS emails and see for your self!

At no time, has there ever been less than a 100% professional attempt to satisfy all of the obligations we are responsible for in our mutually agreed upon set of contractual terms. Any objective third party that reviews the contents of this package will concur that there has been no breach of contract.

We find it intriguing that his refund request came five hours after our work was executed and Robert Spanier's campaign was launched. To claim a breach and that none of the work put forth by this firm was in compliance with the terms of the contract is disingenuous at best.

We ask any rational and fair minded individual to review Spanier's denials in the context of his own words.

C'mon Mr.Spanier; is this really how you learned your honest and truthful business practices in the Mortgage and Banking industries, well noted for ethical business standards. Your attempt to disparage this firm will not be tolerated at any level!
Mr. Spanier, shouldn't you be better than this charade?

Below are a serried of emails and comments made to and by Robert Spanier:

Let make sure that I understand you you approve of all 347 companies? There is not on single company that is not appropriate? If that is so, you would be the first person in the history of our firm where every single company was appropriate.

In addition to the attached document, I would like to market approximately 10 credit unions not listed. What is your procedure to market these institutions? Would I forward you the names and addresses etc.... or do I pursue theses businesses on my own after my portfolio is completed?

On a different note, if we were to meet today, I was going to ask you to provide me comments relating to positive attributes you feel I have, and the same for constructive criticism. I know we will eventually touch on this topic as I prepare for interviews and proceed with practice and taping me; however, I wanted to determine if you have any preliminary feedback. Just email me any comments if you have any preliminary observations.

Thank you for your time.
Rob

Hello .
I have attached two files.
1. A Word Document depicting a revised elevator speech.
2. An Excel Document listing credit unions located within the southeast and southwest Florida region.

Please let me know if you have any issues opening either document.

Thank you Sir.

Rob

I received the pdf file of the Strong Interest Profile. Thank you. This is insightful.
Do you encourage job seekers to promote themselves during interviews by disclosing and sharing some of this information?

I will be reviewing this information today with the thought process of determining if I can effectively use this information when trying to market myself.

Enjoy you day.

Rob

Subject: Services Received Update
To: Robert Spanier

Dear Robert:

Your campaign was launched as agreed once you approved the documentation,
you were sent an email earlier today confirming the numbers and that the
launch was done.

The delays you referred to was your server not recognizing an attachment
and me fixing a major formatting error. The momentum in the market has
finally started to pick up, a recruiter we know has requested the resumes
of individuals that are capable of being bank COO's to fill current
positions he is trying to fill and we have forwarded your portfolio.

14) Saturday, March 21, 2009 8:01 AM

Good Morning

As per my previous emailed and certified mailed letter, I would like to quickly resolve this matter by receiving a full refund. I would like us to resolve this honestly and professionally.

Best regards,

Robert J Spanier

15) Friday, March 27, 2009 4:48PM

Dear Robert:

We appreciate the time you took in preparing your request. We have been doing this long enough to know that perception is reality.

From our first meeting you have always been professional and we have always treated you as such. I agree that the portfolio did not get to you on the date it was sent. For some reason the attachment was not included, when this was realized I noticed that there was a major formatting error which I had to fix. I re-sent you the portfolio and you approved it. Once approve it was immediately sent to production and your campaign was launched on 3/19/09 to 421 companies and executive recruiters. We have always operated in good faith with you and will continue to do so.

*Effective Direction and Focus on Identify and Communicating with Retained and Contingent Recruiters and Industry Specific Corporations This was completed per you own selections and was launched to over 421 total firms.

*Development and Implementation of a Personalized and Customized Electronic Portfolio Designed for Professional Career Advancement You gave final approval on 3/10/09

*Direction and Guidance on Multiple Networking Strategies This was done at several of our meetings and is an ongoing process

*Direct Assistance and Support to help client prepare for Interviews and evaluate offers As we discussed at our first meeting, we do interview preps when you have an actual interview so that it is more realistic and less acting, as I am a terrible actor ? With that being said, we can schedule an interview prep for next week if you would be more comfortable.

We attempt to ensure that all of our correspondence is professional, truthful and with integrity.

To date we have completed every aspect of the contract we have been able to, the remaining items are performed as you obtain interviews and are involved in salary negotiations. These items have not been denied, we just have not had the opportunity to perform them as of yet.

Best Regards,

16) Friday, March 27, 2009 5:07 PM

I have not received any email notification or proof that my portfolio has been (see item #11 above). After 12 broken promises, we can easily ascertain that truthful and integrity seems to be questionable.. I am disappointed that all subsequent correspondence from you and Robert haven't even addressed the broken promises.
This is terribly disappointing.

Rob

17) Saturday, March 28, 2009 12:24 PM

Dear Robert:

Truthful and integrity are as much a part of Florida Executive Search's business practices as they are yours. We have very much appreciated your observations and comments and will make the necessary improvements to enhance our customer service.

At this point, clarity and reasonableness would best be served with a face to face meeting in an attempt to resolve any open issues or concerns.

Please advise as to your availability to meet next week.

Also, now that your campaign has been launched and is out in the marketplace, we will keep you posted of any requests for additional information. Please do the same.

Regards,

As this history shows, up until the moment Robert Spanier's marketing portfolio was launched, it was not until 4 hours and 35 minutes later did we ever hear of any disapproval or condemnation from Robert Spanier. It is for these reasons, in our opinion, that Robert Spanier is attempting to unlawfully benefit from contractual services that were provided and paid for!

Robert Spanier, we thought you were better than this!!

Sincerely,
Florida Executive Search
