I have e-mailed you many time and all I get back are stalls; this is what I want:

Where is my order that I placed on 11/18/07

What is the tracking number:

American express has informed me that this is your true location: Florida Armory in Miami at 8870 SW 40th St Suite #3 Miami Florida. The phone numbers are as follows 305-207-1300
Florida Division of Corporations has informed me your active corporation now is ; Florida Armory FEI # 47-0918169 registered agents and officers, Myrna & Karl Taylor
Prior to this you had a company High Velocity Enterprises, Inc. D/B/A Florida Gun Works.
Now it seems that you have Florida Armory INC FIE # 47-0918169

If a tracking # in not provided to me Today showing that the item has shipped as you have previously stated to me twice before via e-mail .
If this dose no occur I will be of the opinion that you are committing Theft by Deception. Defined below, and I will go forward in obtaining local legal counsel to file theses charges against you. (Myrna & Karl Taylor)
As you may be aware this is a criminal offence and you will be no longer to hide under the corporate vial which you have done so well before

(a) Offense defined.--A person is guilty of theft if he intentionally obtains or withholds property of another by deception. A person deceives if he intentionally:

1. creates or reinforces a false impression, including false impressions as to law, value, intention or other state of mind; but deception as to a person's intention to perform a promise shall not be inferred from the fact alone that he did not subsequently perform the promise;

2. prevents another from acquiring information which would affect his judgment of a transaction; or

3. fails to correct a false impression which the deceiver previously created or reinforced, or which the deceiver knows to be influencing another to whom he stands in a fiduciary or confidential relationship.

(b) Exception.--The term "deceive" does not, however, include falsity as to matters having no pecuniary significance, or puffing by statements unlikely to deceive ordinary persons in the group addressed.



You stated in a prior complaint that you have provided the following , I, am requesting you do so for me at this time

"We are not required by anyone to place our phone number on our page. When requested, as happens hundreds of time a week via e-mail, our phone number is given to serious customers."
