Florida Kitchens of Lake city and Ponte Vedra Beach refuse to pay me for three weeks of hourly work and expenses after I quit employment.

Having worked for FL Kitchens from October of 2013 untill July 2nd of 2014 I discovered that they were in financial trouble from a series of badly managed projects. I was hired as an hourly employee as a daaftsman but asked to step in to project managemant at an increased pay as another member of staff was on sick leave.i did this for four weeks discovering that they were not paying their bils to suppliers. 

As suppliers had FL Kitchens on credit hold I was unable to complete my task of completing these inherited projects to the inability of getting replacement materials of installers to achieve this work. I left after I realized I was spinning my wheels and unable to give their angry customers a satisfactory answer as to when the work would be completed.

After many phone calls and emails I was contacted by both Jim Colvert and Craig Nickleson and told that "Because I had made a ton of mistakes and costing the company many thousands of dollars, the company was at risk of closing and I would not be receiving my wages for the last three weeks totaling close to $2000.
