Florida Shuttle Transportation , Two hrs late to pick up at Miami Airport for shuttle to Naples, Florida on 01/13/13...I couldn't get any call backs if they were coming or not...dispatcher never ever returned calls made , Internet

On 01/13/13, I was at Miami Airport to be picked up by Florida Shuttle Transportation at 12:30 pm.  I was there and waiting...after 10 minutes called 786-220-2070 and gentlemen gave me number to dispatch to call 407-738-7727.   I called and called and called...left messages many times...just wanted to know when I would be picked up?...I understand unforeseen things such as traffic...I just wanted an idea so as I could go use bathroom etc....I never received a call 2:00 after talking to many of airport workers IE: if there were other buses or shuttles to Naples...I decided to go rent a car...this was on the other side of airport and in another terminal...I had prepaid for this shuttle but didn't have a clue what's going on...As I gathered my very large suitcase and smaller one and carry-on to go get car...I looked over and the Florida Shuttle was there loading another person...I said are you who I have been waiting for...he said is your name Caroline...I said yes...he said he was my ride...we loaded my bags and waited another 30 minutes while he loaded 3 women with no reservations or enough money...they had to go find a ATM and then come back...there card was denied and they then came up with more money but still were short...but since he had loaded all there luggage he called his boss and asked if they were ok to transport w/o all the money...I guess he said ok...we finally left at 2:45 or so.

There was two brown paper bags with empty beer bottles in the front...he put them in garbage...I said those weren't yours were they...he said previous people...The van was filthy and then a airport cop came up and said that he didn't have proper permits to be picking up passengers and that he had warned them before and next time would be $2000 fine to driver and another fine to company...we finally left and still had to pick-up someone in Hollywood before heading to Naples...this is the most unprofessionally ran company I have ever endured...I had purchased my return on 01/21/13 and again this was prepaid...I was at the delegated place at 9:00 am and the driver was again late but nothing like the first horrific trip....I made it to airport without any problems...
