we cancel it by certified mail the 24 of may
they take 4483$ us in my visa card the 29 of may
since this date i call evrey day and send e-mail every day to have my money back
but it is like no body take care
what can i do ?

My name is John Kirk I am the new Quality Control Officer for Florida Sport and Recreation Network out of Ormond Beach Fl. We have a new division that has just been recently formed to try to alleviate some of the confusion with some of our members and to handle complaints. We at Florida Sport are here to work with our members and to try to fix whatever problems we can within the limits of our abilities. The customer in question was given not only the numbers and information needed for cancelation but every member is given the numbers for our location and management. If this customers needs to speak to someone I will be more than happy to try to help him within the limits of our guidelines and policies.
Just like any company we have guidelines and policies and we have more than once gone out of our way to try to satisfy any new member that might have any questions and complaints.
If the customer has any other questions feel free to contact me personnally and I will see what I can do within the company limits.

The reason why the customer has probably not recieved a refund on his product is because he passed his 3 day cancelation limit. In which he was completely informed of at the time of sale. Also he needs to learn how to utilize the program like hundreds and thousands of other members. And he will see that the program works. If he has passed this cancelation limit he must contact the offices of FSR and set up for a resale of the product. The number one reason people complain is because of lack of understanding. If the customer does not understand the product they need to contact the numbers that were provided for them and find out how. The customers are informed completely before they walk out the door. It is their own lack of understanding that makes the product hard to use. Once they learn how to utilize the product they will see that they will get exactly what was promised them. And for the customer to state that no one has contacted him is false. The numbers that are provided for him will connect him to the people that he needs to speak with.
