Florida Water Testing, Inc. There equipment leaks, they are over priced and they charged me for a service I didn't know about Clearwater, Florida

I began to feel I got suckered shortly after signing the contract. I called to cancel the contract the next day. The sales man came back and pleaded with me. He said I would not regret keeping the softner and under-sink-reverse osmosis. I was talked into keeping it at $3500.00. Three months later I found a bill taped to my door for  fifty-something dollars. When I called to enquire, I was told that the service was part of the contract, but I could cancel if I wanted to, so I did.      

Then a year and a half later they called and said they needed to make an appointment to check the inside unit. I asked how much did that cost? Lisa would not give me an answer. She just said it depended on how many filters I needed changing. When the service guy came in, he said that my filters were the dirtest he had ever seen. I live alone so only one person is usuing the water system. He said the filters cost $450.00 but I needed a ultra violet light system. Then my filter wouldn't get so bad. The ultra violet system cost $2500.00. But they'd give me the filters free. He was replacing the filters when he said all this. I asked him to fix the leak. He said he did. The next day I cancelled the contract. By now I knew I was getting ripp-ed off.   I found a top quality, better system for only three hundred dollars. The company looked up the condition of the city water in my area, and said I probably would not need a water softner. That the water in my area was pretty clean. But if I wanted one I could buy one from them for $150.00.  That would equal $450.00. A far cry from the $3500.00 I financed to get ripped off.  

The system still leaked so I called to get the leak fixed. Lisa was very, very rud. 

Then the salesman called me back and said he would be at my door in fifteen minutes to collect the $450.00. I told him I didn't have the money. He said he was gioing to call the police! I said; "Fine, I'll tell them I don't want your filters and you can have them back!" My system still leaks in my kitchen cabinet. Only a little water comes out of the drinking water tab. I asked the company to take it back, and give me a $3500.00 credit back. They wouldn't even consider it. So I'm stuck with payments on a water system I can't use. Life time warrenty-that's a joke.
