Floridaway Dream Escape ripoff dream escape nightmare, need to be stop largo Florida

I was called resently regarding some free tickets I had won, well the offer sounded pretty good that I told the guy to send me the information, he assured me that if I did not like the offer that I was under no obligation to accept it and that I had fifteen days to cancel or once I receive the packege all I need it to was to call the 800# and go ahead and cancel, he went ahead into offer me some free gas and even a phone card, that one I did refuse,

I notice the guy was kind of to fast into offering me this but once I notice that he was trying to get me to accept any package he just wanted to hang up, he went on insisting that it can be cancel at any time.

Well I received the crap and I looked it over, the moment I saw the garbage they sent, I call and cancel the stupid offer, there was also a cancelation slip tha I signed canceling on the 9th of Oct., then I see my back account and there it is minus $149. I was assured that there was't going to be any money drawn out of the account if I was not satisfied with this crap and cancel on time.

I look at it now and I can see the scam, the cancelation slip said contract,not reservations,after many calls to them, they are telling me that I needed to cancel in writing, which I did, I called them they say I didn't needed to write then that it was OK for me to do it over the phone, every time I call I get the run around,

I need answers, I will take this matter further, I need anybody out listening to let's help each other and beat these a** h.. to the ground. I wrote a letter to the BBB. ISAY LET THIS BULL S SO CALL DREAM NIGHTMARE END, and everybody get there refunds, that's ALL I's asking.
