Overpriced and flowers aren't delivered same day as arranged/paid for. Long hold times on phone and poor/extremely late communication of order problems. They were unable to find florist to deliver 2 days in a row but didn't try relaying the issues they were having until the end of the day. Order had to be refunded because flowers were not going to be delivered as promised twice!
