I ordered my wedding cake from this company and they delivered an unprofessional looking product They delivered the cake and it was the wrong color, flavor, lop sided, the decorations were uneven The cakes texture was dry and tasted even worse. My guests took one bite and threw it away and on top of all that the delivery man/part owner put his hand in it creating a huge dent. We expressed our dismay at the time of delivery and they just added more uneven scrolling at the reception hall. By the time we cut the cake it was adding and fell apart. I gave the owner ample time to rectify and refund our money but she only offered a small portion refunded under the stipulation we would not give her company bad reviews. We found this to be unacceptable and chose to pursue legal action. I would not recommend this bakery to anyone ever!

Kaleb, not sure where you are getting this information from but it is completely untruthful. Especially the part where you started your business want the only one we had issues with, you were the only business we dealt with, everything else was done by us. Keep up the slander, you're just portioning a point of how dishonest you really are. Offering someone 1/3 of what was paid (up front) and only us we sign a disclaimer??, how bout no..... We paid for a service we DID NOT RECEIVE. You say it was a ten dollar mistake but it was on our irreplaceable day!!! A far a you pouring you're knuckle in the cake, one as a food service employee you should know whenever handling food you should have gloves on, two how can you blame it on too much stuff cluttered around the cake when the stand the cake stood on was 8 above anything...... W tried coming to you and your co-owner and this is how w were dealt with, now you tell anyone with any kind of morals if what you did was ethical or professional?

When working with the public you meet all kinds. Most of our customers are truly amazing, sweet, honest people. We strive to be professional and maintain high quality cakes. You can see our work on our FB page to see just the kind of work we do and all the RAVE reviews we get. We delivered the cake to this person looking EXACTLY like the order she placed. The colors were perfectly matched to the swatch we were given to match. The cake wasn't lopsided, the tiers were skewed, as the person ordered. We have witnesses from the wedding who said the cake was delicious, and people were eating 2 and 3 servings of it. The delivery man/owner accidentally put the tip of his knuckle in the cake as he was setting it down because there was so many things on the table. The decorator fixed it, AND stayed and added more scroll work when this customer asked her to. The cake weighed over 50lbs.We are human, mistakes happen. We offered her 1/3 of the price of the cake back and only asked she sign a nondisclosure statement because she had already threatened to get on the internet and bash us. We are not the only business she has "issues" with. We hate for anyone to be unhappy with our cakes, but as I said, you meet all kinds. Some people want their cake and eat it, too. We went above and beyond trying to make them happy. The cake looked EXACTLY like the cake she ordered and was delicious.
