Flower Delivery Express The most Horrible company I have EVER dealt with, ALLL the way around !!! internet
NEGATIVE 100 STARS !!!!!!!!! DO NOT order ANYTHING from this place ! I was searching for a place to order her flowers for her Birthday. I did not want to spend a fortune on flowers because I wanted to send her a nice gift also. So I searched a lot of flower websites. This website offered a $40 0ff your order when you tried to leave their website, so I went ahead an ordered a bouquet. It still ended up costing almost $40 dollars by the time they charge you $19.99 delivery fee PLUS a $8.50 s/h fee ! Well my brother-in-law sent me a picture of the flowers they sent and they were HALF the size of the Walmart flowers she got from others ! I was sooo disappointed !!! They didn't sent a confirmation email when I ordered it and no email stated they were delivered. I called at 4:58 and was told they would be delivered at:4:45. I said it was already PAST that time and he said ,"Oh yeah right, well give them 20 more minutes." I asked if they would call me or email me when they delivered them and he assured me they would. I still hadn't heard from them at 9:00 that night, so I called again, waited for probably 30 minutes on recordings and had to just leave a message which was NEVER returned ! Finally had to text my sister to see if she ever got them.
I called the next day, and talked to Jeanette and told her how disappointed I was when I saw a picture of what they sent her and how it was smaller than the $ 7-$10 Walmart bouquet after spending close to $40 for it ! She apologized and offered to give me a $40 credit, I really wanted a refund but thought I would just use this credit to order a bouquet for my sister's birthday in March, She assured me I would get an email with it that day. I NEVER did, I called the NEXT day and talked to Candace. She said she saw I had a $40 credit and still should be receiving an email with it. It NEVER came. I emailed the on several occasions an NEVER got ONE email or call from them, Well it is March by now with no word from them, so I called yesterday and could not get ANYONE on the phone for over an hour, was hung up on and finally got someone who said she was just the answering service, She said all I could do was leave my phone number and email address which I told they NEVER return ! So I left it AGAIN and NO response. I called today, spent OVER 3 hours on the phone, got hung up on, ANOTHER answering service person, Jostyn, was suppose to transfer me to a person that worked there and I said I DON"T want to be transferred because I just get hung up on and she said she would stay on the line until they answered. Well someone answered but said they were a TOTALLY different company that bought a franchise from someone and had NEVER heard of Flower Delivery Express and hung up on me.
I called Back AGAIN,got Yvonne, another answering service person she gave me some code, only took $20 off the order, she transferred me to Parrish. Explained everything to her and she couldn't' do anything so I asked to talk to a manager, She had to fill out THREE pages of paper work before a manager would even speak to me ! Got a Antonio then and had to explain EVERYTHING AGAIN for him to tell me there wasn't anything they could do. My 'CREDIT' was a joke, I tried ordering a $29 bouquet because I knew the had OUTRAGEOUS delivery and S/H fess, well my order still ended up being $38.93 !!! It was the EXACT SAME price if I didn't have my $40 credit and went to website and tried to order it like anyone else. They were now telling me the credit comes off their INFLATED BY 500% original price ! They NEVER told me my "credit" was like that. I thought a credit was you order $40 worth of product even if most of it was totally inflated charges, and you apply your $40 credit,, NO, that was a BIG joke. After speaking to Antonio forever and getting NOWHERE I asked to speak to his manager, I got yet another person who proceeded to make me fell sooo stupid for for even wasting my time anymore with them. He belittled me, said there was NOTHING he could do. I even tried tried to say to work out something else and agreed to pay the $20 delivery charge and for them to apply my supposedly $40 credit to the rest and he said NO WAY !
What A Disgusting EXCUSE for a business and what a disappointing experience in what is suppose to be an enjoyable experience in sending flowers to a loved one !!!! I can see others have had such bad experiences with this company too, sure wish I would have looked here first !!! PLEASE DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS CROOKED COMPANY !!!
