On 2/14, based on the site's heading "Bouquets arranged by local florists delivered TODAY," I placed an order for flowers to be delivered to my wife at her workplace (a public school.)  The system accepted my order for delivery on February 14. However, after I paid for the order, the delivery date changed to "2/14-2/15". No confirmation e-mail was sent.

I checked back an hour later at their web site, by logging into their order status system, and the delivery date had again changed, this time to 2/15. This was unacceptable to me since (a) it was no longer a Valentine's Day delivery, and (b) public schools are not open on 2/15, a Saturday.

The web site provided a number to call to discuss the order. I dialed it and was immediately directed to an automated system that required me to record my order number, phone number, and several other pertinent pieces of information. When asked what my inquiry was about, I stated that the order needed to be cancelled immediately since the delivery date had been misrepresented. There was no return call.

I placed two (2) further calls to this automated system, repeating the same information each time. Again, there were no return calls as of Monday morning, 2/17. Delivery was not made as of this date, either, although my credit card has been charged.

I was forced to contact a local florist directly to deliver flowers to my wife because of this company's failure to do so. Therefore, the only recourse I consider acceptable is a full refund and cancellation of the order.

After posting a message on the company's facebook page that I had been ripped off, one of their representatives contacted me via facebook message asking for order information. I provided it and have not been contacted since.
