We found Floyd's Photography (Mark Floyd) of Jacksonville FL on the Knot web site. We hired them to photograph our daughters wedding in October of 2007. We paid them at the time of the wedding. We were presented with the on line site to pick out our photos. We chose the photos and as of September 11, 2009 we have not received our finished wedding photos from Mark Floyd. This is despicable that my daughter and her husband still have not been able to enjoy their wedding pictures from 2007.

What happened with this situation was that the wedding was shot by myself and a partner. When the business split, it was agreed that I would take care of the parents albums and the other partner would do the couples album since they had become friends. The Parents albums were delivered to the parents here in Jacksonville. The couple moved to mississippi and it was my understanding that they were working with the other photographer to have thier album designed. About a year later I was informed that the album was designed but the other photographer would not purchase it. Since then, I had been in touch with the brides father, got the design, and purchased the album for the couple. The problem is with this report is that it is damaging because it does not tell the facts of the situation. Its sad when anyone can just make a report and not have the information verified before a company like this posts it online. Even though I have over 600 weddings under my belt and only 1 complaint under my belt, all a bride has to do is see this report and will turn away, no matter what the truth is.

What have you done?
Did you just order the photos and then 2 years later realize they didn't get them? Or have you been in contact with them and they are refusing to send them?
If you have done nothing to resolve the situation that is the first step. If you have and they won't send them, then perhaps Small Claims is your next stop. But the judge is going to ask that same queston.

....would you Mark Floyd give me my daughters' wedding pictures that were fully paid 2 -years ago???...we have waited for a long time.....
