Never believe anyone that promise services but request that you pay  thousands of dollar up front.  They failed to delvier on their promises.  first they gauranteed that I would have an interivew within 3 months (never happened).  Also the person assigned with me never answered my phone calls /voice mails and took forever to answer my emails. Addtionally the resume that they drafted for me was  a regurgitation of the resumes that I gave them.  I was never called for an interview thru them.  I later found out that they had been sued before for not provding serivces they promised.    A few weeks ago recieved a call from an ivestgator concernig their dealings with me.  These guys are bad news. stayas far away from them as you can.
