Fluent Creative Technologies Sales Sham!! Deerfield Beach, Florida

Fluent sold me a prospecting program supposedly based upon proprietary search engine behavior. Their proposal was to build you a web site and prospecting tool. They claim in their marketing, the end of prospecting.. They claim to evaluate your market for feasability.

This web program cost approx. 10,000.00 You are promised input into the design, and constant involvement. You you are asked for a detailed questionaire for which little information if any is used. There is little to no involvement, and no correspondance.

The people at Fluent screen their calls and will only speak with you through email. That is when they actually respond. Once they get around to designing the site which they claim takes about 3 weeks, but in reality takes about 6, they ask only for you to make any changes and sign off on it. If you make too many changes, they claim you are only entitled to two hours of edits, otherwise you will have to pay 250.00/hour for any addtn'l changes.

So, assuming, that you basically go ahead with their site as they propose, they collect final payment and set up a adwords campaign.

In their final email, they say "this is your final deliverable, read the launch brochure thouroughly". They send you a convoluted Launch program that is not easy to understand. At the time you make final payment, they inform you that you really need a 4,000.00 / month service contract, which was never stated previously.

They inform you that you are not entitled to any support, withhout the service agreement. This is even before the program is running. Nobody will speak to you in person.

I am paying 4-5.00 per click, with virtually no clicks per week. I had only one lead generated in 4 weeks.

The sales person also promises you 160 leads free with your campaign. That is another lie. They don't give you any leads, they just reduce the price at the end for what they consider the value of the 160 leads to be. They also refuse to allow you to speak with any clients under the guise of confidentiality. There are no guarantees or warranties other than their site will be developed in a workmanship like manner.

I already ran into two other Fluent clients who experienced the same problem. I am actively seeking out fluent clients to bring about a class action lawsuit against this company.

I want everyone to know what they are actually getting before they part with their hard earned money. Had someone taken the time to post their complaint on this site, I probably would not have signed on. The better Business Bureau now has 8 complaints since I last checked in September.

Fluent denied any wrong doing, and nobody disputed their actions, therefore, the BBB considers them to be in good standing. Obviously there are more of us out there, and as the complaints come in, the standing with BBB will change.
