Fly away select rewards Fine print on agreement about payment voids offer Lake havasu city Arizona

We were offered a cruise, a 3 day/2 night getaway and airfare for two adults if we sat through a 90 minute sales presentation. We completed all paperwork within the required timeline and sent 3 checks for deposits. While personal checks were accepted for cruise and getaway we missed the fine print that a certified check or money order was required for the airfare so they voided the offer without exception. They also  conveniently did not communicate to us so we could send them a certified check until after the deadline even though they had phone numbers and email. While these may be legitimate offers I would be sceptical when dealing with this company and be sure to read the find print. Our first request for a date for the cruise has been denied.   We will see
