Fly Nation LLC Never Sent Product Stole My Money Internet

When I placed the order with the merchant they stated that I would receive my items in 5-7 business days. I needed the order because I was going out of town. On the 5th business day I contacted the merchant because I had not received any shipping information and I was told I would receive the shipping info within 48hrs. By the 7th business day I still had not received any shipping information and the order was still pending as unfulfilled.  I contacted them to request a refund because I hadn't received any shipping info or other details. 3 days later the company contacted me and said they were processing a refund, but when they sent the refund it was only a partial order. I've never been able to get anyone on the phone or any updated information about my order or why they only processed a partial refund.

 

 When I attempted to call them at the number listed on their website multiple times I was always transferred to a voicemail that was full. I am not sure if this is a fake merchant or if this is someone committing some sort of fraud because I am not sure why they would only refund $14 if they never even processed the order.
