I own a 1996 chevy lumina and it is my only transportation to work and school. I sprung an oil leak last year and didn't know what to do. Flynn's Tire told me they would look at it for free.

I spoke with the manager who was a woman so I trusted what she said to me. I left my car with them and waited for a phone call. Joanne called me and explained what was wrong and it would cost me $875.00. I asked Why so much and she explained to me about the labor involved to replaced the gaskets. I agreed and they did the work.

The problems first began when I picked my car up. I noticed black marks all over my front fenders. I brought this up to her and she said she would have the guys clean it. They pulled it back in and attempted to clean my car. I think they used bleach or something because it got cleaned but left streaks on my car. I was in a hurry with no time to fight with the rude woman so I left.

The problems didn't stop there. I noticed stains on my carpet and grease on my steering wheel. I then took it back again and she tried to tell me the stains were there before. I explained to her that I'm a single woman and that is not possible. She basicly told me there is nothing she can do for me but try and clean it. Another guy pulled my car in this time. This guy was kind of ruff looking with a bald head and prison tattoos but oh well.

He pulled my car back out and explained to me that the grease had been there for a long time and he was not cleaning my mess up. He did clean the steering wheel but stripped the color off of it with what ever he used. He basicly called me a dumb b***h in front of other customers. I confronted the manager Joanne about her employee and she explained to me that Pat is just that way and to ignore him. Some answer from a manager.

While things were good for a while until I sprung a leak again. This time before I went back to them to compain I had another mechanic look at it. He explained to me that it was my intake gasket. I told him that I had that replaced not that long ago. He replied with that my oil pan gasket was replaced but not my intake gasket.

I went back to Flynn's with my receipt that clearly showed that I paid for my intake gasket to be replaced and it was not done but a much cheaper part was my original problem but I was charged for a large dollar item. They explained to me that there is no proof of this and to please leave before they called the police. I left and contacted my lawyer. The case is still pending
