 This card company allowed me to sign up with my maiden name also then accepted my dd of my ssi for about 4yrs and all of a sudden my card is locked and i cant access my money with out proof of id.

 What is the reason for this? Why not supply the information? Why are you messing around with this card in the first place instead of s bank account? Oh yes...a history of massive overdraft fees due to mismanagement, right?
