As the same with many people. FCNB sells a supposed account of an overwhelming amount to Midland Credit Management, Inc. and they are trying to collect on. The account they gave to MCM does not even match that on my credit report which is in a ND status which is no data, neither good nor bad since 1999 yet now in 2007 and now in 2009 with a lawyer they are trying to come after me. I am using the FTC and the FDCPA and this Ripeoff website as my weapons in my arsenal against them in court.
